Previously an emerging markets sovereign research analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), a consultant to the World Bank on sovereign debt, and a research consultant at AidData, where he worked on tracking Chinese overseas lending and building datasets of sovereign loan performance and restructurings.
